Return subsequent values of a field

Hi

I want to obtain field2 based on the the subsequent values of a field 1  using as reference field1 value from where Flag exists (example table below)

I tried  Field2=Wildmatch (Field1,Field1&'*')  but did not work.  Any thoughts?
