Same axis range for different alternate states

Hi all,

I am working on a dashboard with two bar plots with two alternate states. The layout is similar to what this youtube video shows (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsbnG3tOdR4&feature=emb_logo).

 

My question is if there is a way to make the range of the y-axis from these two bar plots the same? Right now, the range is automatically determined by the data filtered in each state. I would like to make the y-axis range consistent so it is easier for the users to compare the data.
