We were using the "hack" of opening an App without data followed by making a minor change in the data load editor and saving the app. This used to work to reduce the size of unused apps, but sadly not anymore (at least not on this version).
For now we are using another work-around, by editing the load editor code and adding "exit script" to the top and running the reload.
Anyone else having issues, any other work-arounds?
