Scatter Plot - Vizlib Question

Hi - I am using a scatter plot Vizlib - works great. 

On the chart it displays the dimension next to the bubble - can you somehow format it so it displays the 'Dimension, X value, y value' next to the bubble ? 

thoughts ? Jerry
