Search and Filter All Fields

Hello,

Is it possible to filter the whole app, e.g. filter any record in which any of its fields contains the word ‘brexit’?

I know the filters can be applied individually via smartsearch but this is messy if the word(s) is(are) contained in multiple different fields.
