Section Access Issue

Hi All,

I am trying to apply security @Region level using Section Access in Qlik Sense. But, i am facing an issue.

PFA Region Values in my report.

DACH

EEM

France

Italy/Israel

Nordic

Spain

UK

When we are using Section Access all values should be in Upper case.

So, i change the Region to Upper (Upper(Region)).

DACH

EEM

FRANCE

ITALY/ISRAEL

NORDIC

SPAIN

UK

ADMIN access is working as expected. but USER access is working only for DACH,EEM and UK which are in upper case by default for

remaining values it throwing an issue "Access is denied" .

I am not able to find the issue.

please help me out.
