Section Access not working until next login

Hi all,

I have an application which loads data with Section Access. There are different applications for different users. This applications load data with binary from first application(with the Section Access one). After reload users can see all data until their next login. What is this? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

If understand your report correctly, that's how SA is designed, it is only reducing the data on opening the application.

If the user is able to reload, he will see all data.
