Security Rule to Stop export of Data into Excel for one Qlik Sense App

I am trying to set up a new Security rule from the QMC to stop the export of data for one particular app in our environment. This rule has to be implemented for everyone.  Does anyone know how to set that up?

You can't do such custom with default reports where as you can do for extension objects.
