Seeking Recommendations for Improving Dashboard Design and UX

Hi,

I’m looking to enhance my skills in design and UX to create more visually appealing dashboards.

I would appreciate recommendations on the following:

  • Online courses.

  • Best practices and general tips.

  • Websites, portals, or other resources where I can find real-world examples of dashboards for inspiration (not necessarily built in Qlik).

  • Themes: their uses and limitations. How far do they extend? Can the homepage be customized, etc.?

  • Mashups: what are the limitations? does it envolve embedding Qlik's objects only, or can the data behind be used into JS data viz libraries?

Any suggestions, resources, material you could share would be greatly appreciated, especially for places where I can find references, e.g., Dribbble.

Thanks in advance!

For better viz sue layout container, It gives more flexibility with placing and using object.

This is not a guidance of best practise but more some ideas of what can be done

LC is a bridge between standard design and mashup(here you need high level HTML, JS, C

SS skills)

With LC most of the Dashboards you see can be transform to real Qlik example.

Qlik has gone long way and specialty the cloud version gives you lots of customization options

Hi @pedrohenriqueperna

My go to reference is Information Dashboard Design by Stephen Few. It's a few years old now, so isn't up to date with the latest tools, but most of the information is timeless.
