Selecting Latest 2 years from Year filter using sheet level action

Hi All,

I have an Year filter consisting of below data:

2020

2019

2018

When I am jumping on the sheet I want latest 2 years(2020 and 2019) to be selected by default using action.

Can someone please help!

=Year>=Max(ALL Year,2)
