Send automated emails for specific tasks in QMC

Hello All - I am looking for a scalable solution to send specific tasks completion(Success or Failures or both) to be sent out specific users. 

We do have Qlik Automated tasks from QMC but this is a very specific requirement for a small number of users.

Hence, looking for suggestions which should be easier to maintain as well and can be updated as needed.

This is helpful. I am looking for a solution which involves less App development and could be more dynamic.

Not sure if we can make use of Nprint task for that.
