Server is lagging a lot after patching update

The server is lagging a lot after patching update and even observed that the CPU is fluctuating a lot and showing high.

I found the below error in event logs "Document was forcibly closed. Clean close was not possible. Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. || at QVBWrapper.Document.NiceCloseThread(ILogBucket i_LogBucket)"
