Set Analysis MoM/YoY calculation

Hi, I started a set analysis for MoM/YoY/QoQ calculation. I have a very beginner understanding. From what I heard from my developers, it's not giving me a different value because the column "Period Quarter" is not a num value. Is that correct? If so, how do I add/convert  QoQ calculation. Same for MoM, the Month column are the months name and not represented by their numeric number (January = 1). I also have not created a variable yet as well.
