Setting a default bookmark to create an app landing page

I am trying to use a default bookmark to create an app landing page on Qlik Sense HUB (no private cloud, no installation on-premises, directly on HUB). It does not work even if I followed all the instructions described here https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/September2020/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Bookmarks/set-defau...

Maybe on the Hub is not installed the right version (the HUB is managed directly by Qlik) ? Or, there is something to do in addition to what is described on the Help Page?
