You can create duplicate in QMC and assign as you are the owner of that data connection

There are probably 2 ways to do it (AFAIK) 1. You can add yourself as Content Admin in QMC to see all the data connections created by other users or 2. Create a security rule attached to that data connections Resource filter as DataConnection_* Actions as Read or update or create based on what you need... ((resource.type ="folder" or resource.type="ODBC" or resource.type="OLEDB" or user.name="YOURUSERNAME")) something like this -- I did not test this but my guess is it should work
But point #1 will work for sure if you are having Content Admin role in QMC
