Sheet image. Can't change

Hi!

This is a strange issue, but: I have 2 QS applications. I chaged sheet image in one app without problems. When I started to change in other app - it can't change. When I choose image(default or from library) it appears, but after it dissapear.

Version: Enterprise September 2018

Maybe, can I change image when in apps doesn't exist sheet?
