Sheet viewing permissions in the App after publication
Hi Experts,
We know that once an App is published, any user can see the sheet within it. However, if there are 10 sheet in the App and we need to restrict accounting staff to only see 5 of them, how should we set this up?"
Assuming the show/hide sheet isn't sufficient, you would need to change the default security rule allowing users to see all sheets in apps they're permitted to view, and then set up your own manual rules for both general use and this particular app. Note that this approach is not recommended - hiding a sheet isn't actually security, since the underlying data will still be available regardless of sheet visibility.
