Show duplicates in Pivot Table

Hi, 

I'm using the new extension P&L Pivot Table and I get this problem:

The pivot doesn't show duplicated Dimension values, and I need to do this.

I think to include a dimension that contains indexes, but the pivot allows to insert only 2 dimensions.

Can anyone give me a solution?
