Simple table(w /Links) extension - image not populating issue

Hi,

I have loaded the images present in a folder as column in a table as below mentioned.

'http://chrdat/Qlik/cards/Pictures/' & 'user id' & '.jpg' as ' '

If I call that column into Simple table(w /Links) extension as a dimension, I'm getting icons displayed instead of images. PFB screenshot.

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?
