Single value selector from a field (Qlik Sense)

Is there any default method /extension to have a filter which can be used to select only one value at a time? One important requirement is that it should filter based on a field directly not by using  any variable.

Or you can prevent visualization to be shown by setting  condition 'GetSelectedCount([DIMENSION])=1' in 'data handling' pane.
