Smallest 10 values in a bar chart with set analysis is not working?

Hi,

 I created a bar chart for Top 10 values I used a simple expression with a set analysis:

sum({<Set={'Test'}>}Value)

and in Dimension Limit I restricted the value to  Largest 10.  Works fine but if I switch it to smallest 10. The objects shows "No data to display".

Any ideas why it's not working?
