Status changes on a timeline

I have exact the same problem as in this thread: https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView-App-Development/Showing-Status-Changes-on-a-timeline/td-p/104... but I can't replicate the solution with my data. I have tried with various forms of timestamps with no luck.  I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. 

Please help,
