Stop filter from moving selection

Hey,

I have a more specific question. If I select an element in a filter panel and confirm this filter with the green button, the selected element moves to the top. Which is most of the times a good feature. But if someone requests that the elements stay in place can I assure that they don't automatically move but stay where they are?

See the pictures below. The selected, green element should not move to the top.

What you want is not possible in a filter pane afaik.

Thank you. That's ok. I just needed to know that. But if it's simply not possible then that's also a viable answer.
