Storing Merge() function results (# of inserts, updates, deletes)

Is there a way to store the Merge function results printed in the output?

Merge updates: 1
Merge inserts: 1
Merge deletes: 0

I want to store the information above in an excel I am creating to easily monitor what is happening with the incremental load.
