Sum Every Hour

Hi Experts,

I have the data as below

Event Time|Event Hour|Entry |Exit

I want this data to be run every hour and show the sum of number of Entries  and Exits till particular  time starting from 12:00 AM to 11 : 59 PM.

For Example at 11:00 AM it should  show the sum of entries and exits from 12:00 am to 11: am something like this.
