Symbol table inconsistency

I have loaded my app onto  Production server and the app will not reload. The log file comes back with " Error: Symbol table inconsistency" and execution fails.  I have no issues reloading task on the qa server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the app is corrupt in any way ... Further make sure that the Qlik releases on both environments are the same.
