Table to format string and number in different columns

Hello everyone,

I have a table that has the following layout. I have attached my current table. In one row I have a string and in the other one there is a number.

Now I would like to format it in a way that the string needs to be in the first column and the following number needs to be in the second column. Then next string needs to be in the second row and the following number needs to be in the second column and so on.

Can someone help me with this problem?
