Task Failing via Publisher

Hi,

has anyone ever experienced a task to reload a QVW via publisher constantly fail, yet it reloads, and there's no issue of it failing in the log file?

i'm totally confused. I'm not convinced as a result that the qvw is picking up the link to the Section Access table.
