Task failed due to timeout getting engine connection

Hi all,

I'am having failed tasks without logs. The error is for scheduled tasks (on Control M) once a week (casually on mondays morning) showing the message below:

Message from ReloadProvider: Task failed due to timeout getting engine connection

I've found it on the System_Scheduled logs, but have not more information and it skip directly to next line where the message is:

Task finished 0

Is rare because once I relaunch the tasks manually, they finish ok.

Someone knows why this behavior???

Did you ever find a solution to this?

Hi,

Are you using the Qliksense or Qlikview ? Version ? Virtual servers?

Most probably, you can increase the default timeout settings in the windows registry and test it out.

Thanks
