Task failing on slave-node but reloading successfully in other nodes?

Hi,

We have a Qlik Sense app with a task that reloads the app on hourly basis.

We have noticed that the app fails to load when it is sent to certain nodes but is successful in other nodes.

What can be the cause of this issue? Is there a solution?

I use SQL Server ODBC connection for the app, I have checked and confirmed that the app is stable and there are not script items causing the error.

My analysis identifies that it is failing on certain slave-nodes but not on other nodes.

Anyone can help please?

step 1. ping and telnet the SQL Server with the sql port (e.g. 1433) from all your qlik nodes. might be a firewall rule issue.
