The bar & area chart (from the Qlik Visualization Bundle) not showing " Show bar connectors"

Using Qlik Sense Enterprise June 2019, I cannot add connectors to a Bar & Area chart instance.

According to the documentation I should be able to select:

  Appearance > Presentation > Show bar connectors

The setting is not available for the chart.

Any ideas ?

it's will appear if you have 2 dimensions 

then you'll see it under
