Thumbnail Problem - Qlik Sense 2.1

Hi ,

     I get problem with thumbnail when I published app. I'm using Qlik Server  v2.1.  You can see in images

What should I do? Please help me.

You can add thumbnail images to the app and sheets. Have you already done that? Perhaps the online help is useful:

Thank you. I have done. I think default should be thumbnail #2, not #1
