Top 5 Pivot Table

Hello all,

I have a demo app here that shows a pivot table.
Now I want to show the top 5 Sum(sales), the rest should disappear.

The subtotals should also only calculate the rows that are actually displayed using the rank function.

If it were possible, I would also aggregate only the City.
