Treemap Colors by Expression

Hi guys,

Having a little trouble writing if statements for coloring my treemap. The fields I want to use to determine color are Year, Product, and Defect Category. Can someone help me put this in Qlik syntax please?

It should go something like this:

If multiple years then color by Year

     If one year then color by Product

          If one Product then color by Defect Category
