Triggering QlikView task from Qlik Sense

Hi there, I'm just wondering if someone already faced this scenario: a Qlik Sense application which, at some point in its script, somehow, triggers the execution of a QlikView task (which will be probably waiting for an External Event - EDX).

Is that possible?
