Updating August 2023 from IR to Patch 8 issues
We recently began upgrades for our Qlik products. We were upgrading Qlik Sense from May 2022 to August 2023. We followed the installation steps we found in the community to a tee and successfully installed August 2023 IR. We were able to access Qlik Sense through the Hub and QMC like normal.
We then went to install the patch (Patch 8 ) and after we did, we could not access Qlik Sense at all. (This is Qlik Sense Enterprise btw.)
Has anyone else run into these issues and have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

We could find no solution, so we decided to update to Qlik Sense November 2023 Patch 2 and that worked.
The only reason we were updating to August was for NPrinting compatibility. But as of 12/16/2023, Qlik Sense November 2023 is compatible with NPrinting May 2023.
I would recommend updating to November 2023 if possible.
