Urgent Support Required on Error 404 Application not found

Hello Team

Can some one please urgently help with regards with "Error 404 " Application not found ?

We have Qlik Sense Server application installed on our Clould Server since afternoon this application has started getting error

1. Error 404 Application not fould

2. From our end we have removed all the SSL Certificates installed on Server and also reset IIS Services

3. The probelem still continues to stay

Can some one please help us to resolve this Urgently .
