Use the X-axis values as filtering value

I'm trying to get a count of the number of records in process for each week using the weekYear as the dimension.

I need to set the count to only pull values that are initiated prior to the week-Year and closed after the same week-Year.

The goal is to get the filtering condition to be dynamic and to just be whatever value is in the x-axis.
