User CAL issue

I am assigning a user CAL to a document through QMC but i can assign only one .

When I clik add user and addded the new user it overwrite the previous one.

I think there is some setting issue in Qmc or what ? Newly installed qlikview server 11.0.1440.

QlikView 11.0 is well over 10 years old, I would recommend that you upgrade as soon as possible.

Have you tried to search for the users instead and add them manually, using the same dialouge?

we are using the same on different machine with no such problem. well I would definitely try to search the user in Active directory... and let u know
