User input prompt based on user identity

Hi guys!,

we'd like for qliksense to identify which of the client's users is using the app and to some pop up a disclaimer with an accept or decline option.

upon user selection a write back into our db needs to be initiated to record the user response.

has anyone ever encountered such a challenge?
