User is unable to find QlikView application in Apple store

Why user is not able to find QlikView Mobile application from apple store.

Hello,

I think it is because the mobile client is removed in the May 2024 release. I would interpret this, that even if you use an older version than May 2024, there will be no client anymore in the app store.

Thanks Peter,

A user is unable to access dashboard in ipad. User has been provided access to the dashboard, even section access is not enabled. Any idea on why this is happening.

Hi @sathvicandra are they able to logon to the accesspoint?

Does he get any error message?

They are not getting any error message, but they are unable to see the dashboard for which access has been provided.

@sathvicandra If no dashboards are shown this user has no rights to see it.
Can you see it using a different device/browser when logged in as this user? 

Check the Signed in as user in the accesspoint
