User is unable to open the dashboard even after having the access

The user is unable to open the dashboard even after having the access.

Section access is also not enabled.

User is getting the below error:

Access Denied. The server(QVS) is currently out of SESSION CALs

Hi @sathvicandra, 

have you checked the usage of your session cals ? 
From the error message, it looks like all your sessions cals of year QlikView License are currently in use.
