Using a measure as a clickable button to filter a table

Hi Guys,

Wondering if there is a simple way to use a KPI measure, in this case Count({<[Install_Date_Check] = {"!"}>} [OF_POM_Number]).

to filter a table by the measure

So then if you were to click Yes the table would switch to all the records that apply to the yes KPI measure.

Any Help greatly appreciated.
