Variable definition and variable value are different not because of evaluation

Dear All, please, help.

Has anybody met a situation, when you had some variable definition, then you have changed it in variable editor and it shows in value as previous definision. Is it somewhere saved? how can we clear this? nothing helps.

No script load of variable, just manual input.

So the difference is in $ sign at the beginning and single quotes and double quotes

Try refreshing page and reloading app and check if that old value is still there?
