Verify the colour code expr

Hi Folks,

can any one help with below Qlik Sense expr..

Below expr geting 0.80 is showing as red, as per below expr it should show green colour..

=If(

(

IF(Count({<[T1 >= 7days (Start Work ~ OnWatch)]={'0'},[Type 1 Count]={'1'}>}Ticket)>0,

Count({<[T1 >= 7days (Start Work ~ OnWatch)]={'0'},[Type 1 Count]={'1'}>}Ticket))

Actually it is green when the expression is above 0.80. If it is below 0.80, the expression will show 0.80. May be change the order of Green and Red around?
