Webticket issue

The webticket cannot be generated even though I use a valid qlikclient certificate which is approved by Certificate Authority. Does this mean I need to reset all the certificates for Qlik sense? 

The Proxy logs shows authentication required, redirecting client to address. There was hardening done recently but I make sure the ports are opened.
