Week 53 issue when comparing with Last Year week

Hi,

We have a Bar chart dimension is Week Number and Expressions are Sales TY and Sales LY.

now for week 53 we didnt have sales for LY 

and for week 1 20201 is getting compared with week 1 2020 but when you see dates its wrong comparison , to get actual result week 1 2021 should get compared with week 2  2020. 

Any suggestions

you can considered Month as week number
