What is the common lifecycle management of reports ?

Hello, I tested the reporting functionality in Qlik Cloud.

I am quite perplexed about the publishing system?? (if someone can explain to me), If I develop reports in a qvf in a Development Shared Space, when I publish the app on a Production managed space, almost all the information of the reports are losts ??
So then I've to rebuild my reports in production (it's long : I've several filters with 20 filters => and great risk of error) ?? 
And then if I modify a report in dev then publish the app again, modifications of reports in dev does not affect the production reports ?? 

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't understand what is the common lifecycle management of reports ? 

Can someone helps me ?

I am sure the Qlik team are working on this.  It is currently odd.  In my experience, I develop on the Managed Space App.  Work on the App in a Shared Space and then publish replace into the Managed Space seems to be fine for the report.  Right now, it does not "feel" good.
