When I don't use my laptop for 2 hours after proxy login in qlik sense, I get error code 16 and the qlik web screen is in error, how can I make qlik continue to use the screen without error even if I don't use my laptop?

The issue you’re experiencing with Qlik Sense and error code 16 after a period of inactivity is likely related to session timeouts configured in Qlik Sense or on the proxy server. When your session times out, the proxy no longer maintains the connection, and you see the error.
You can increase session timeout settings in Qlik Sense, log in to the Qlik Sense Management Console (QMC) as an administrator, navigate to Virtual Proxies under the "Proxies" section, select the virtual proxy being used and click Edit, find the Session inactivity timeout setting, then increase the value (in seconds) to a higher limit, such as 7200 seconds (2 hours) or more, depending on your needs.
Finally you can click Apply and restart the Qlik Sense services if needed.
Note: Be cautious when increasing timeouts, as longer sessions may have security implications.
