When does a Session begin in Qlik Sense environment?

Hi,

I'd like to know, when does a Session begin in Qlik Sense enterprise environment?

Is it when you log into the Hub? Or when once you open an dashboard/app?

Does a session close when you close the entire hub, or an app?
